摘要
包钢无缝钢管厂管加工作业区接箍生产线。是目前国内一条先进的石油套管、油管接箍供应线，能够车削范围为φ73．02-φ127．00mm的油管和范围为φ127．00-φ365．12mm的套管的各种API扣型和特殊扣型，目前已经建成并投入生产。文章从工艺流程、技术要点、设备特点等方面介绍了该生产线的特点，并提供了作业线主要设备的相关技术参数。
The coupling production line in tube processing area of the Seamless Tube Plant is an advanced process line of oil casing and oil pipeline. It can process the oil pipe of φ73.02 ~φ127.00 mm and the casing of φ127.00 ~ φ365.12 mm with all kinds of API and specific threads. At present the line has been put into production. This article introduces the process flow, technical requirements and equipment features,then provides main interrelated technical parameters of the equipment of this line.
