正常青年女性瞬态诱发耳声发射测试分析

摘要 瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)的存在,指出了神经前的耳蜗感受器机制正常且具有非线性增长中等刺激强度及时饱和、频率分散、频率选择性以及存在潜伏期等特性。故可获得耳蜗不同部位功能状态的资料,是耳蜗主动微机制的一种表现形式。笔者对一组正常女青年进行了TEOAE检测,现将结果报告如下。
