Analysis of improper application of instant technique quality control

目的正确认识理解即刻法。方法通过问卷调查与查找文献相结合方式调查实际运用中对“该值”的理解,发现有不同观点,追溯统计学原理,指出错误观点,并分析即刻法固有的缺陷。结果在实际运用中对“该值”认识有两种观点,其中认为是“当天的测定值”的观点是错误的,即刻法作为质控方法有两大固有的缺陷。结论即刻法作为特殊情况的质控方法,有其统计学理论基础,只有从统计学原理出发,才能正确认识合理运用。

Objective To understand instant technique quality control correctly. Methods The understanding of ＇the value＇ in practice was investigated through questionnaire and reference material. Different viewpoints were discovered. Its statistics principle was traced hack, the incorrect viewpoints were pointed out and the inherent defects of instant technique quality control were analyzed. Results Two classes of viewpoints on ＇the value＇ existed in practice. The viewpoint that ＇the value＇ meant the measurement value on the present day was not correct. As a method of quality control, instant technique quality control had two inherent defects. Conclusion As a quality control method under a special condition, instant technique quality control was based on statistics theory. Only from the point of the statistics principle can it be understood and applied reasonably.
