宁夏灵武回族人群血脂4项参考值及范围调查

Survey on reference data and range of four items of serum lipids in healthy adults in Muslim population in Lingwu City of Ningxia Province

目的了解并建立灵武回族健康成人血脂4项：总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）的参考值及范围。方法采用分层随机抽样调查的方法，对838例回族人群的血脂4项指标进行测定，并将其结果与1211例当地的汉族人群比较。用酶法检测TC、TG；直接法检测HDL—C、LDL—C。结果灵武回族成人血脂参考值及范围（x^-±5）TC4．94±1.09mmol／L，TG：（p2.5～P97．5）0．39～3．75mmol／L，HDL—C 1．21±0．44mmol／L，LDL—C2．25±0．68mmol／L。结论宁夏灵武回族健康成人血脂4项参考值及范围与报道的基本一致，与当地汉族人群相比，除HDL—C外，其余指标差异无统计学意义。

Objective To explore and establish the reference range of items of serum lipids [total cholestrol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, and low-density liporotein cholesterol （LDL-C）] in healthy adults in Muslim population in Lingwu. Methods A demixing random sampling survey was carried out to investigate 838 healthy adults in Muslim population in Lingwu City. Meanwhile, the data were compared with those in 1 211 Han people who lived in the locality. Enzymic method was used to measure TC and TG, and direct method was used to measure HDL-C and LDL-C. Results Reference ranges of blood lipids were serum TC （4.94±1.09） retool/L, TG （0.39-3.75） retool/L, HDL-C （1.21±0.44） retool/L, LDL-C （2.25±0.68） retool/ L. Conclusion Reference ranges of blood lipids in healthy adults in Muslim population in Lingwu City are consistent with literature material. There is no significant difference of blood lipids compared with those of Han people living in the locality, except of HDL-C.
