113例腰椎间盘突出并骶髂关节错位的治疗 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨硬膜外填充加手法复位治疗腰椎间盘突出并骶髂关节错位的疗效。方法113例腰椎间盘突出并骶髂关节错位患者，在腰2～5椎间隙进行穿刺，置硬膜外管填充疼痛合剂，并实施手法复位，局部压痛明显者给予腰部阻滞和骶髂关节处注射疼痛合剂。结果全部患者住院时间为12～18d，平均12．4d。治疗效果优47例，良50例，可11例，差5例，优良率达85．8％，有效率达95．5％。结论硬膜外填充加手法复位治疗腰椎间盘突出并骶髂关节错位效果好。．
