摘要
我国的核桃产量居世界第一。核桃是我国重点发展的产业之一。介绍了我国核桃产业的发展现状、当前的主要贮藏方式、影响核桃贮藏最重要的关键因素以及国内外的研究概况。
The walnut industry is one of the most significant industries in China, it possess the maximum output in the world. The development and status quo of walnut industry in China, the leading storage technique actually, the most important key factors which affect the storage quality of walnut, domestic and overseas research advance are introduced in this paper.
