葛根素精氨酸组合物安全性实验研究

摘要 目的观察清洁级SD大鼠在喂养基础饲料/含有葛根素和精氨酸组合物饲料过程中有无生长发育、食物利用率的变化。方法基础饲料或按1.0%、2.0%和4.0%的比例加入葛根素和精氨酸组合物的饲料,自由进食和饮水喂养大鼠30d。每周称鼠体重1次,称饲料消耗量2次。实验结束时,观察大鼠的生长发育、食物利用率、血液学指标、血液生化指标和重要脏器的病理变化。结果与对照组比较所有观察指标均无统计学差异。结论在本条件下未观察到含葛根素和精氨酸组合物的饲料对大鼠生长发育有不良影响。 Aim To study the potential toxicity of both pueraria and L-arginine. Methods The animals were fed on the standard laboratory diet or standard laboratory diet plus different doses( 1.0,2.0 and 4.0% ) of both pueraria and L-arginine to observe the changes of SD rats interms of general health status, boby weight, rate of diet consumption,blood routine parameters, blood biochemistry index and histopathology after eating and drinking water freely for 30 days. Results The data showed no significant difference between the SD rats fed with both pueraria and L-arginine in each group and the control group . Conclusion Both pueraria and L-arginine were nontoxic and could cause no potential toxicity in the growth progress of SD rats.
