Study of the Dissolution Rate of Zolmitriptan Tablets

目的考察佐米曲坦薄膜衣片的体外溶出行为,制订合理的溶出度测定条件。方法以100ml人工胃液为溶出介质,转速为50r/min,间隔一定时间取样,采用紫外分光光度法测定药物的溶出量。结果本品溶出完全,主药于30min内即可完全溶出,且溶出均一。结论本品达到了很好的体外溶出效果。

Aim To evaluate the behavior of zolmitriptan tablets in vitro and establish a method for determining the dissolution condition. Methods 0. 1 mol·L^-1 HCL（100ml） was used as the dissolution medium, and dissolved contents of the drug were determined by UV method. Results It was found that zolmitriptan tablets were rapidly dissolved. Within thirty minute, zolmitriptan in the tablets dissolved completely and the dissolution was uniform. Conclusion zolmitriptan tablets showed rapidly releasing behavior in vitro.
