摘要
综述了广东粤嘉电力有限公司4号锅炉炉顶刚性吊架的运行现状和存在的问题(如各集箱吊杆承载严重不均,部分集箱吊杆出现脱载现象等);介绍了应用实验应力分析方法(即电阻应变测量技术)对4号炉顶刚性吊架进行精确的载荷测量与调整的方法和步骤。通过上述方法的整体监测调整后,炉顶刚性吊架的承载不均匀度已控制在10%以内,满足了机组安全运行的要求。可见上述整体应变测量法是调整炉顶刚性吊架较为有效的一种方法。
The article summarized the present operation status and existing problems(such as serious loading unevenness of collectors' suspension hangers,and unloaded phenomena of part collectors' suspension hangers etc)of No.4 boiler' s ceiling rigid suspension hangers in Guangdong Yuejia power Co. Ltd.,briefed the accurate loading measurement and adjustment method of'No.4 boiler' s ceiling rigid suspension hangers by using experimental stress analysis method(i.e.resistance strain measurement technology),fmally the loading unevenness of ceiling rigid suspension hangers was controlled within 10% ,so as to satisfy the requirement of unit for safe operation. This method is a comparatively effective means to adjust the ceiling rigid suspension hangers.
