摘要
系统深入地研究了光谱与色谱方法用于有机合成分析,本文依据光谱与色谱方法发现传统合成过程中金属卟啉相互转化问题,并进行了深入探讨,从而改进了合成方法,取得良好结果。
Systematic researches are made on the application of spectroscopy and chromatography to organic synthesis analysis. It is first reported that porphyrins from ironporphyrin chloride [ Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCl]is converted into ironporphyrin oxide [Fe(Ⅲ)TPP . 0/2]during the purification on neutral Al_2O_3 or SiO_2 column by chromatography and from ironporphyrin oxide [ Fe(Ⅲ) TPP . O/2] to ironporphyrin chloride FFe(Ⅲ)TPPCl] with oxidation agents by capturing chlorine atoms of the solvents. The kinetic characterization for conversion of ironporphyrin oxide [Fe(Ⅲ) TPP . O/2] to ironporphyrin chloride [ Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCl] by capturing chlorine atoms of the solvents CH_2Cl_2 or CH_3Cl in the presence of oxidating agents such as PhIO, H_2O_2, and air is performed by using uv/uis/ir, HPLC, and stopping flow techniques. The possible reaction mechanism is first proposed as formulia, which will be useful for application of these porphyrins in organic reaction chemistry. According to the conversion mentioned above, an improved synthesis method is developed for preparing to the conversion mentioned above, an improved synthesis method is developed for preparing Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCI and Fe(Ⅲ)TPP. O/2 with higher yields and easier operations.
