摘要
本文以Library&Information Science Abstracts作为数据源,信息服务“information services”作为关键词,使用AntConc工具对1967年至今的所有英文期刊论文和同行评议论文进行统计,通过词频的逐年统计分析,发现在信息服务的发展中贯彻着技术路线,在1990年前后形成了信息服务的研究高潮。国外的信息服务研究重视技术,重视管理,重视行业应用,其中欧洲、南非和英国这方面的研究较多。最后,根据结果分析,将国外信息服务的发展归纳为三个发展阶段:信息检索研究阶段、光盘数据库建设阶段和电子信息服务阶段。
Based on Library ＆Infonnation Science Abstratcts, ＂information services＂ as key word, using AntConc analyzed all the English journal papers from 1967 ago. As a result, there is a technique route and get the high tide in 1990 or so. Information services abroad attach importance to technology, management and applications.
