H_(22)肝癌细胞对小鼠肠壁侵袭作用的超微结构观察

摘要 应用TEM和SEM观察1×10^7H22腹水型肝癌细胞攻击后,不同时期小鼠小肠细胞超微结构的变化,取肿瘤细胞攻击后第2天,第5天和第10天的肠组织作为肿瘤浆膜侵袭作用的早期,中期和晚期样品,在侵袭早期,小肠壁间皮细胞和平滑肌细胞无明显病理性改变,H22瘤细胞多为圆形,游离或隐藏于系膜根部及脂肪组织凹陷处,中期可见许多肿瘤细胞粘附于肠壁表面,伸出球状或泡状伪足,间皮细胞微绒毛减少。 Ultrastructure of mouse intestine tissue challenged by 1×10~7 H_(22) mouse ascitic hepatocarcinoma cells at regular intervals was observed by TEM and SEM. The tissues on 2nd—day, 5th—day and 10th—day of challenge were respectively taken as the early, middle and late stage of serosal invasion samples. The ultrastructural pathological changes of the mesothelial and smooth musle cells became more evident, eventually these cells may be focally broken up and necrotic, forming some small focal ulcers. All the above suggests that the ultrastructural pathological changes of intestine tissue challenged by H_(22) tumor cells increase with the stage of invasion. H_(22) mouse ascitic hepatocarcinoma is an ideal model for studying serosal invasion.
