浅谈采矿权评估中DCF法与以抵押贷款为评估目的的矛盾

摘要
就现行采矿权评估的贴现现金流量法(以下简称“DCF法”)对抵押贷款项目进行评估时出现的问题进行了分析,提出了建议。
