摘要
以某电子集团的生产管理为研究对象,研究了面向电子制造业的敏捷生产管理系统的功能需求,建立了功能需求模型、系统的组成和总体结构;介绍了系统的特点和实现系统所需的关键技术。应用表明,开发的敏捷生产管理系统有利于提高企业生产管理的敏捷反应能力和企业竞争力。
Taking the production management of Zhejiang 001 Group as study object,the function model of agile production management system of electronic products manufacturing,its system composition and System structure were put forward and studied.Them the system characteristics and these key technologies to realize the system were introduced.The results show the developed system being effective and useful.
