摘要
热解炭黑(Pyrolytic carbon black,CBp)是废轮胎热解的重要产物之一。以CO2气体作为活化剂对废轮胎真空热解炭黑进行了活化制取活性炭的实验研究。在活化温度800—950℃、活化时间为60—300 min、活化剂流量为50—120 mL/min的实验范围内,活化温度越高,活化反应时间越长,热解炭的烧失率越高,所得活性炭的比表面积也越大,最高BET比表面积可达664.9 m2/g,孔径以分布在20—40 nm之间为主。体现了废轮胎真空热解炭在后续深加工利用上的优势。
Pyrolytic carbon black (CBp) was one of the most important products derived from waste tires pyrolysis. This paper presented a study on preparation of mesoporous activated carbon from CBp produced from waste tires vacuum pyrolysis. The character of activated carbon prepared at different react temperature, react time and flux of activation reagent were investigated. In the temperature range of 800-950 ℃, BET surface areas of activated carbon increased almost linearly with the degree of activation to 664.9 m^2/g. Pore size distribution of activated carbon with a mean pore size diameter ranging from 20 nm to 40 nm. The advantages on subsequent processing and use of the pyrolysis product derived from vacuum pyrolysis of waste tires were shown,
