摘要
基于光纤Bragg光栅传感原理,采用双光栅匹配滤波强度解调方案,研制了一种新型的光纤光栅轮轴计数传感器。从理论上分析了该传感器的工作原理,并进行了实验研究,取得了理论与实验一致的结果。这种光纤类传感器具有不怕潮湿、粉尘、抗电磁干扰等优点。此外,由于使用双光栅匹配滤波强度解调方案,不必使用昂贵的波长解调设备,所以该传感器成本低,有望替代现有的电类产品,在工程实践中获得广泛应用。
Based on FBG sensing, a novel fiber Bragg grating axle counting sensor was developed by utilizing the intensity demodulation technique with a couple of matching fiber Bragg gratings. The principle was analyzed theoretically and the experimental research was carried out. The identical results were obtained. The optical fiber sensor was resistant to humidity, dust and electromagnetic interference. Furthermore, the costs of this sensor with matching filter intensity demodulation technique were much cheaper than that with expensive wavelength demodulation equipments. So it was likely to substitute the existing electrical products and be used in the practical projects.
