心必舒胶囊对气虚血瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛患者高敏C-反应蛋白、尿酸的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨心必舒胶囊对气虚血瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)的影响。方法:将156例诊断为冠心病心绞痛之患者,以抽签法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组服用心必舒胶囊,对照组服用复方丹参滴丸。结果:心必舒胶囊对hs-CRP有明显的降低作用,与复方丹参滴丸比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对UA有明显的降低作用,与复方丹参滴丸比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心必舒胶囊能降低气虚血瘀痰阻型冠心病心绞痛患者的hs-CRP、UA水平,对此型冠心病心绞痛有良好的治疗作用。
