摘要
目的:观察心宁片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组采用心宁片治疗,对照组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,主要观察两组冠心病患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油用量及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组对心绞痛的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且对气短、倦怠乏力的改善情况也明显优于对照组。结论:心宁片对冠心病心绞痛有较理想的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on angina of coronary heart disease treated by Xinning tablets, Method： 58 cases were randomly divided into 30 eases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated by Xinning tablets and Danshen drop pills were used in the control group. The clinical effects on angina and ECG, dosage of nitroglycerin and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed. Results： The clinical effect on angina and the improvement of short breath, lassitude and debilitation in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xinning tablets had ideal effect for treating angina of coronary heart disease.
