通心络胶囊对心绞痛患者高敏C反应蛋白浓度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察通心络胶囊对不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者的炎症抑制和斑块稳定作用。方法:随机将36例UA患者分为对照组16例和治疗组20例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊,主要观察其炎症指标高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的浓度变化。结果:对照组治疗前后hs-CRP浓度比较差异无显著性,而治疗组治疗后比治疗前hs-CRP浓度明显减低(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊对不稳定心绞痛患者有炎症抑制和易损斑块稳定作用。
