摘要
本研究在天津1000t/d海水淡化示范工程试验基础上,采用砂滤、0.2μm陶瓷膜进行海水淡化预处理,不仅有效保证出水水质满足GB/T19249-2003反渗透膜进水要求,还可有效减缓膜污染,延长膜的使用寿命。该工艺中陶瓷膜具有化学隐定性能好、分离能力强、耐酸碱、抗微生物能力强、机械强度高等优点,实验中膜通量可达600L/m2·h以上,反洗周期为1.5h,反洗效果好且工艺简单,使海水淡化预处理工艺成本低,工艺更为简化,有利于尽快实现大规模海水淡化。
On the basis of Tianjin 1 000 t/d desalinization demonstration project, we find that use sand filtering, 0.21μm ceramic membrane on the pretreatment of seawater desalinization can make the seawater purified more effectively. The new technic not only ensure the quality of product-water meet the GB/T19249-2003 reverse osmosis membrane enter water requirement far effectively, but also slowing down the membrane pollution, prolong the use time of membrane. The ceramic membrane has good performance of separating ability, while the flux can exceed 600 L/m^2· h and the wash-periods is 1.5 hours. The result of inverse-flushing is wonderful and the craft is more simple. Because of the low costs and simple craft, large-scale seawater desalinization will come true as soon as possible.
