摘要
阐述中宁电厂2×300MW机组锅炉汽包水位测量系统的硬件配置、汽包水位平衡容器和差压变送器测量原理,介绍了汽包水位测量和保护系统投产以来的应用现状,分析了实际应用中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了水位变送器取样连通管开孔的位置更改方案、汽包水位保护模拟量控制部分(MCS)和炉膛安全监视系统(FSSS)的跳闸逻辑以及接口方式等改进措施。
Expounds the hardware configuration of 2×330MW units boiler drum level measure system in Zhongning Power Plant, principles of drum level balanced container and differential transmitter measuring, introduces the applying actuality since drum level measure and protection system put into service, analyzes the existing problems, puts forward the position changing schemes of connected pipe hole of drum level transmitter sampling, improving measures of drum level protection mock control system, FSSS trip logic and interface ways.
