摘要
防洪与兴利对水库的运用是有矛盾的。在确保工程防洪安全的前提下，根据不同的预报径流过程进行水库预报调度，可以减少最大下泄流量，增发短期电能；多蓄后期洪水，是提高径流式水电厂发电效益的一条有效途径。
Expounds the principles and methods of reservoir dispatch in run-off-river power plant, through analyzing hydrologic forecast in Shapotou Power Plan4 summarizes the characteristic of reservoir forecasting dispatch of hydroelectric power plant.
