文章通过我国煤炭工业发展的现状,阐述了建立一套科学、合理、完善的标准化体系对我国煤炭工业以及整个能源工业的重要意义;分析了目前煤炭标准体系建设的现状及主要存在问题,并根据各行业标准体系发展的情况及存在问题提出了我国煤炭标准体系建设的思路和基本框架,为今后煤炭标准体系的建设提供一定基础。

Base on the coal industry development in China, the paper stated the significance to establish a science, rational and improved standardized system to the coal industry and the completed energy industry in China. The paper analyzed the present status and the main existing problems in the establishment of the coal standard system in China. According to the development conditions and the existing problems in each industrial standard, the paper provided the ideal and basic frame for the establishment of the coal standard system in China, which could be the certain base for the establishment of the coal standard system in future.
