摘要
双语教师是制约双语教学顺利开展的瓶颈,其知识特征包括英语知识、学科专业知识、双语教学理论知识、教育技术学知识;能力特征包括双语接收和表达能力、课堂组织策划能力、合作能力、科研创新能力;素质特征包括思想道德素质和身心素质.双语教师的培养主要通过职前和职后2种途径实现.
The bilingual teacher is one of the key factors in successful bilingual instruction in colleges and universities. The knowledge characteristics includes the rich knowledge in English, specialized subjects, bilingual teaching theories and instructional technology; ability characteristics include abilities in bilingual reception and expression, class control and design, cooperation and innovative research; and quality characteristics include moral quality and physical quality. The cultivation of bilingual teachers can be implemented through prior and post-career approaches.
