中美相互依赖的结构——理论分析的框架

The Structure of Sino-U.S. Interdependence—A Theoretical Framework for Analysis

本文在概要梳理有关论争的基础上,试图建构一个分析当前中美关系的理论框架。文章指出中美关系的现状在根本上取决于双边关系的三个基本特性:大国性、差异性和不确定性。在回顾基欧汉和奈复合相互依赖理论的贡献与不足的基础上,本文提供相互依赖下国家利益和权力的结构及其政治过程。文章认为,中美结构性相互依赖的特点已经十分明显,这一理论分析框架包含经济全球化、地缘战略、国内政治三个分析角度。

This paper is a preliminary effort to construct a theoretical framework for the analysis of Sino-US relations.After reviewing Keohane and Nye's work on interdependence,it points out that the essence of interdependence is the interaction between non-state actors.The rise of transnational actors and differentiation of issue areas changed the integrated hierarchy of state power and interest to structural interdependence,which put its influence upon the bilateral diplomatic and strategic relations through domestic political process.The paper finished with three perspectives for future research.
