职业导向性符合本质的共同性、普遍性和区别性原则，它是职业教育的本质属性。职业导向性是指，职业教育以形成学生的职业能力为培养目标;课程开发以职业分析为基础；教学内容以技术知识和工作过程知识为主体；教学方式强调行动导向；教学环境强调职业世界的真实性。一种类型的教育是否具有职业导向性，是区分该类教育是否是职业教育的标准。

Vocation-orientation is suitable for the principles of intercommunity, university and difference of essence, which is the essential attribute of vocational education. The connotation of vocations-orientation is that vocational education take the formation of students＇ professional ability as the cultivation objective; curriculum development take vocational analysis as the basis; teaching content take technique knowIedge and working process knowledge as the subject： teaching mode emphasize action-orientation; teaching environment strengthen the reality of vocational world, vocation-orientation iS the standard for differentiating that whether the education is vocational education.
