高压氧治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者情感及神经功能的影响

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen on affection and neurologic function of patients with post-stroke depression

目的:探讨高压氧治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者(PSD)情感及神经功能的影响。方法:52例PSD患者随机分为高压氧组(HBO组,27例)和对照组(25例),均常规治疗并结合康复训练和心理辅导,HBO组同时给予HBO治疗。结果:两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及神经功能缺损(CSS)评分治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组间疗效比较,HBO组优于对照组(HAMD评分比较,P<0.01;CSS评分比较,P<0.05)。结论:HBO能显著改善PSD患者情感及神经功能,进一步提高PSD患者的康复效果。

Objective. To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） on affection and neurologic function of patients with post - stroke depression （PSd）. Method： Fifty - two patients with PSD were randomly divided into two groups, HBO group （27 cases） and control group （25 cases）. Patients in the control group received routine therapy, combinded by rehabilitation treatment and psychological treatment, while those in the HBO group were treated with HBO in addition to the foregoing treatment. Results. After treatment, Hamilton depression .scale （HAMD） and CSS scorES in both groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Therapeutic effect of the HBO group were much better than that of the control group （MD, P 〈 0.01;CSS, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions.. HBO is effective to improve affection and neurologic function of patients with PSD and further improve rehabilitation effect.
