摘要
为统筹规划自动分拣仓列阵和输送系统的动作,提出条烟自动分拣系统的异步分拣法及其基本控制算法,并与同步分拣法进行了比较,其中输送系统包括一串相互连接的输送容器,并且采用步进方式运动.研究了自动分拣仓的条烟分拣执行方案,设计了滑道式分拣装置,其条烟连续进给运用斜面和重力原理而无需动力推进,其中双动出烟机构具有可任意切换的单条出烟和单排出烟功能.试验得到了基于异步分拣法的条烟自动分拣的基本能力数据,系统的实际分拣效率大于10 000条/h.
An asynchronous distributing method and its basal control algorithm of the automatic distributing system for cigarette cartons were presented which the action of automatic distributing units and the motion of transmission device were planed as a whole. According to the method, the transmission device was designed which moved step by step and consisted of a series of containers connected each other. The asynchronous distributing method was compared with the synchronous method of distributing system. A project of the distributing unit was developed and a slideway-style distributing unit was designed in which the cartons fed by means of the effect of bevel and gravity without power pushing and the twin-executor output assembly can send out one or more cartons once. The data of basic distributing capacity based on the asynchronous method were measured in distributing test. The test also indicated that the system can achieve distributing productivity more than 10 000 cartons per hour.
