摘要 全数字化永磁同步电动机(PMSM)控制系统有着数模混合控制无法比拟的优点,硬件电路简单可靠,且可以实现复杂控制算法提高控制性能。但数字控制器中的数字信号无法直接用示波器观察,为了解决这一问题,提出了基于xPC的虚拟测试技术实现PMSM控制系统的实时测试,测试系统采用TCP/IP网络通讯协议和CAN总线协议传输数据。试验表明,该方法能够彻底的解决全数字化PMSM控制系统信号实时测试的难题。 The fully digitized PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) drives have the advantage that the analog digital control can not reach, Its hardware is simple and reliable, and it can realize complicated control method to improve control performance. But the signals in the digitized PMSM drives can not be directly observed by oscilloscope. To overcome this problem, virtual test technique based on the xPC was put forward, It uses TCPflP and CAN communication protocol to transfer data, and display the real-time curves on the host computer and target computer by means of virtual oscilloscope. The test results manifest that this method can solve the problem completely for the signal real-time test of PMSM drives.
