摘要
21世纪是充满变革与希望的世纪,国内的高等院校怎样抓住前所未有的机遇制定一份既立足国情校情、又紧跟世界发展趋势的发展规划,实现跨越式发展有着十分重要的意义。在制定高校发展规划方面,英美高等院校起步较早,在规划理论、规划与院校研究等方面都有丰富的经验值得我们认真借鉴和思考。
The 21st century is filled with transformations and hopes. It would be of great significance for home institutions of higher learning to try and take hold of the unprecedented opportunity to make a development plan that is based on the situations of the country and of the university and keeps in step with the developing trend of the world to bring about a striding development. Institutions of higher learning in the U.K. and the U. S. A. started planning their development earlier than we did. We could draw on their experience with regard to theories of planning, planning and university study, etc.
