经口超细胃镜临床应用价值探讨

Discussion on Clinical Application of Super-slim Gastroscope

目的探讨超细胃镜的性能及在上消化道疾病中的诊断价值。方法对92例上消化道疾病患者用PEN-TAX超细胃镜(EG-1580K)进行检查,术前准备同普通胃镜。结果92例均完成上消化道检查。81例(77.9%)检查时基本无反应,19例(18.3%)有轻度反应,仅4例(3.8%)反应较大。本组4例在镜下进行了介入治疗,无任何并发症。结论超细胃镜由于外径细小,患者易于忍受,对上消化道疾病检查,尤其是一些特殊病人的诊疗有较大的实用价值。

Objective To discuss the function of super-slim gastroscope and its value in diagnosing upper digestive tract diseases. Methods Supper-slim gastroseope Pentax EG-1580K was applied to make examinations to 92 eases with upper digeative tract diseases, the pre-examination preparation was the same with that of routine gastroscope examination. Results Complete examination was made to all the 92 eases. 81 eases （77.9%） showed no reaction, 19 eases （ 18.3% ） showed slight reaction and only 4 eases （3.8%） showed strong reaction. 4 eases recelved interventional therapy under the scope without any complications. Conclusions Supper-slim gastroseope examination is easy for patients to stand, and it is of great value to apply in diagnosing upper digestive tract diseases.
