卡托普利与倍他乐克联用治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of the Combined Treatment with Captopril and Metoprolol for Congestive Heart Failure

目的探讨卡托普利与倍他乐克联用治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将90例充血性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予卡托普利、倍他乐克,对照组仅给卡托普利治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率82.20%,对照组为65.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论卡托普利与倍他乐克联用治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效满意,可以改善心脏功能,减少住院时间,且价格便宜,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the combined treatment with Captopril and Metoprolol for congestive heart failure. Methods 90 cases with congestive heart failure were divided into 2 groups ： the treatment group and the control group. Captopril and Metoprolol were given to the treatment group besides the routine treatment while only Captopril was given to the control group. The curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.20% arid that in the control group was 65.00% ; the curative effect in the treatment group was significant superior to that in the control group. Conclusions The combined treatment with Captopril and Metoprolol is effective for congestive heart failure and it can improve the heart function, shorten the time for hospitalization ,and it is cheaper in price. It is worth promoting in clinic.
