红外隐身涂层是实现导弹红外突防的一种有效方法,可提高武器的生存率和战斗力。文章简述了红外隐身涂料的种类、基本特性和涂料实现隐身的两种途径,详细分析了涂层厚度、涂层衬底、涂层颗粒度和温度等主要因素对导弹隐身性能的影响。红外隐身涂料与雷达吸波材料的复合体以及纳米薄膜隐身材料将成为隐身涂层的发展趋势。
The infrared stealth coating is an effective means to achieve missile infrared penetration, and improves survival rate and battle effectiveness. This essay expatiats on species, base characteristics of the infrared stealth paint as well as two paths of realized stealth. It discusses in detail about the main influence factors on the missile stealth performance, which are coating thickness,coating substrate,coating graininess,temperature and so on. The development infrared stealth paint with attenuating material to the trend of infrared stealth coating is the composite on radar beam as well as the thin-film nanometer stealth material.
