摘要
本文介绍了以乙腈+水为流动相,采用C18不锈钢柱,245nm波长紫外检测器,对溴嘧草醚进行液相色谱定量分析。该方法的标准偏差为0.1,变异系数为0.49%,线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.9%。
This paper reported a specific quantitative analytica method for ZJ0777 by reverse phase HPLC using acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, ClS column and 245nm wavelength detection. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.1, the coefficient of variation was 0.49%; the linear correlation was 0.999 9 and recovery was 99.9%.
