摘要
1920年《企业代表会法》在德国首次确立了经济民主。然而纳粹上台后,以1934年新劳动法取而代之,导致经济民主消亡。纳粹党的企业代表会政策对于经济民主的消亡和纳粹主义的兴起产生了重要的影响。
The Law of Work Council 1920 founded the ＂economic democracy＂ in Germany for the first time. However, it was replaced by the new labor law in 1934 after the Nazi-Machtergreifung, so that the economic democracy disappeared then. Discussing about the policy of work council in NSDAP, the authors want not only to explore the reasons for such the development, also to ponder over the following question： why die nazism appear in Germany.
