摘要
近几年来,湖北省利用外国直接投资发展迅速,已成为我国中部地区对外商投资最具吸引力的省份之一。但是,湖北省利用FDI占全国的比重仍然很低,主要涉外经济指标的发展速度低于全国平均水平,FDI对湖北省经济发展贡献不足,与其经济实力和发展水平不相适应。本文分别从湖北省利用外国直接投资的规模、方式、区域分布、来源、行业分布及经济效益等几个方面分析了湖北省利用外国直接投资的发展与现状,指出了湖北省利用FDI存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展对策。
In recent years, Utilizing of FDI（Foreign Direct Investment）in Huhci has developed quickly and Hu-bei has become the most attractive province of foreign investment in the Middie-provinces. But the rate of Utilizing of FDI in Hubci/Utilizing of FDI in China is very low; the developing speed of the main relevant economic index is slower than the average level of China. So FDrs contribution to Hu-bei isn＇t enough, which doesn＇t accord with Hu-bei＇s economy development. According to analyzing these actors of Utilizing of FDI in Hu-bei： scale, form, distributed area and resource, industry distribution and the economy benefit, this paper finds out the main problems of Utilizing of FDI in Hu-bei and points out the countermeasures.
