急性胰腺炎患者血清IL-15、IL-18和TNF-α的表达及意义 被引量:1

Changes and their significances of serum levels of cytokines IL-15, IL-18 and TNF-α in patients with acute pancreatitis

摘要 目的观察白细胞介素15(IL-15)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在急性胰腺炎(AP)发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测21例轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者和8例重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血清中IL-15、IL-18和TNF-α的含量,分析它们之间含量表达的相关性。结果血清SAP组和对照组的IL-15、IL-18和TNF-α的含量分别为(57.13±5.03)(、68.41±6.14)、(36.13±3.87)ng/L和(53.05±5.12)、(64.71±6.01)、(35.5±3.02)ng/L,均明显高于MAP组[(5.69±1.61)、(27.91±3.13)、(7.71±1.71)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),SAP组与对照组之间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。血清IL-15、IL-18在MAP和SAP组中均呈正相关:r分别为0.95、0.91,均P<0.01。结论血清IL-15、IL-18和TNF-α等细胞因子均参与了急性胰腺炎的炎症反应过程,显示这3种细胞因子的变化对预测急性胰腺炎病情发展及治疗均有较好的指导意义。
