摘要
应用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈法,对国内外400 m运动员成绩进行了比较分析,揭示了我国400 m跑成绩落后的原因。研究表明:速度分配上国内400 m跑运动员与国外运动员相比具有差异性;国内运动员在磷酸源供能和乳酸能供能上存在着不合理性。
The paper, by using literature, mathematical statistics and interviews, analyzes the results of 400m between domestic and foreign athletes, and reveals the reasons why Chinese team lags behind. The paper shows that it is different in speed distribution between domestic and foreign athletes, and that ATP - CP and BLA supply of the domestic athletes is not reasonable.
