福建省羽毛球运动制胜因素分析与可持续发展战略研究

Research on The Winning Factors and Sustainable Development Strategy of Badminton Sport in Fujian Province

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析的研究方法,分析了福建省羽毛球运动的历史发展,找出福建省羽毛球运动的制胜因素。结果表明:福建省羽毛球运动的制胜主要因素是后备人才培养、领导重视、教练队伍、技术性设施、管理体制、项目地位、技战术风格等。还在此基础上提出了福建省羽毛球运动的可持续发展战略。

Using the methods of documentation ,interviewlng, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistic, logic analysis, this paper analyzes the historical development of badminton sport in Fujian province and discovers the the winning factors. The result shows that the winning factors of badminton sport in Fujian province are as follows： raise of talented person; leadership;the coach teams; technical facility; management system; project status; technique and tactics style et 8.1. Based on this foundation, the article also proposes the sustainable development strategy of badmin- ton sport in Fujian province.
