摘要
长江流域的省际(县际)水事纠纷一般呈现复杂、敏感、多样和突发的特点。为提前制定好规划并加强监管以期避免水事纠纷,在以长江流域1∶25万和1∶5万河流矢量数据库的基础上,建立了一个长江流域省际边界河流地理信息系统。该系统融合了GIS,Web和database技术,并采用三层分布式ArcGIS的体系结构。系统具有较好的前瞻性和较高的实用性(如能实现数据库的远程访问),经过一个较长期的试运行,运行效果良好。
Water affair disputes of interprovincial rivers in Yangtze River Valley are characterized by complex, sensitivity, multiformity and sudden occurrence. For designing a planning in advance and strengthening supervision to effectively avoid water-affair disputes, a Yangtze River Valley interprovincial rivers GIS has been established on the basis of both the 1:250 000 and 1:50 000 river vector database of Yangtze River Valley. This system adopts a three-layer distributed architecture, in which three kinds of technologies GIS, WEB and database are fused. It possesses better foreseeable capacity and higher practicality, such as a long-distance visit of database. Through trial operations for a longer time, it is in good working order.
