摘要
从润滑脂的极压防锈机理着手,利用小分子有机酸等活性氢物质,直接对磺酸钙原料吸附的碳酸钙进行晶型转化,探讨了具有高极压防锈性磺酸钙基脂的研制.这种新型磺酸钙润滑脂具有方解石型碳酸钙晶体结构,其极压防锈性为其本身所有且综合性能优异.
Small molecule organic acids of active hydrogen substances were used to induce directly the crystal transformation of calcium carbonate adsorbed by calcium sulfonate material. The preparing on calcium sulfonate grease with high performance of rust had proof was then synthesized. The crystallgraphic structure of this new calcium sulfonate grease is the same as the calcium carbonate of calcite type. The grease exhibited good peformance under extrem presses and also good rust proof. t.
