摘要
阐述了电化学抛光中磷酸、硫酸、铬酐各组分及所起的作用,以不锈钢为研究对象,通过测定单位体积通过电量后的溶液中Fe3+、Cr3+浓度变化作为失效的判断依据;分析了电解液各组分对抛光质量和抛光液寿命的影响,并作出了判断抛光液失效的指标和测量方法,得出了三者在电化学抛光中的控制范围,为控制抛光工艺过程和保证抛光质量提供了依据.
The functions of phosphorus acid, sulfur acid and cheese anhydride in electrolyte for electrochemical polishing were stated in this paper. Using stainless steel as research object, the inefficacy of electrolyte solution was analyzed by investigating the changes of concentration of Fe^3+ and Cr^3+ as a function of current density. The influence of each ingredient in the elecrolyte on polishing effeciency was analyzed, moreover, the index of judging the inefficacy of the electrolyte and the relevant measuring method were obtained,the control range of three ingredients was also detemined. It is important to control technical process so that to guarantee the quality of electrochemical polishing.
