摘要
对诗歌理想、诗歌效用、诗歌创作源泉等问题的阐述是俞平伯新诗观的基本内容。在诗歌理想观上,俞平伯主张“主义与艺术”并重,既秉持个性自由的艺术创造精神,又重视对诗歌创作思维的探讨;在诗歌效用观上,俞平伯强调作品的“感染性”,“以善为美”,重视诗歌传播的社会伦理效果;在诗歌创作源泉观上,俞平伯重视民歌等民间文化资源的开发利用。俞平伯的诗论有着明确的文学史观与鲜明的文学史意识,字里行间饱含着批评主体的人文关怀,他对新诗初创期的读者心理比较关注,能有效运用社会学、心理学等知识,具有一定的方法论意义。不容忽视的是,重视经验归纳的论述方式与其科学主义、经验主义的哲学背景有直接关联。
The expositions on such issues as the idealism and effectiveness of verse, the source of verse writing, etc. are cardinal components of Yu Pingbo＇s views on new verse. In terms of verse idealism, Yu Ping-bo advocated that both doctrines and art are important, for he not only pursued the artistic creation spirit of free individuality but also attached importance to probing into the thought of verse creation. As regards the effectiveness of verse, Yu emphasized the ＂appeal＂ of verse and ＂the beauty of virtue＂ and paid much attention to the social and moral effectiveness of verse promulgation. On the view of verse sources, Yu Ping- bo gave priority to the development and utilization of folk culture. Yu Ping-bo＇s views on verse, characterized by a well-defined theory on and a distinctive awareness of literary history, are saturated with the humanistic concern of the critic. Yu Ping-bo is much concerned with the mentality of readers at the initial stage of new verse and is able to make effective use of sociology and psychology, which has some significance of methodology. It shouldnt be ignored that the mode of exposition stressing experience induction is closely related to his philosophical background of scientism and empiricism.
