再论语言和谐——从语言和谐所面临的几个关系谈起

文章从语言和谐所面临的几个关系入手,探讨语言和谐的外部条件。认为,在人与自然的关系上,要强调以人为本,做到人与自然的和谐;在人与社会的关系上,要做到人与社会的同步发展,做在和谐社会里使用和谐语言的人;在人与语言的关系上,强调人与语言的共生互动;在语言与社会、民族的关系上,注重语言和谐在社会、民族进步中的作用;在人与人的关系上,认为建立平等互助的关系是和谐语言生长的土壤;在语言与语言的关系上,反对语言不平等,要求处理好不同语言之间的关系,主张语言与语言和谐相处。

This paper attempts to probe into the external conditions for language harmony in terms of several relationships concerning language harmony. It is opined that as for the relationship between man and nature, efforts should be made to place man first and to realize the harmony between man and nature; in terms of the relationship between man and society, the development of man and society should be synchronized with each other and men should be educated to be ones employing harmonious languages in the harmonious society; with respect to the relationship between man and language, the reciprocal interaction between man and language should be stressed; in regard to the relationship between language and society and nation, due emphasis should be placed on the role of language harmony in social and national advancement; as regards interpersonal relationship, it is believed that establishing a relationship of equality and mutual aid is the very soil for the growth of harmonious language ; and regarding the relationship between one language and another, steps should be taken to oppose linguistic inequality, to well handle the relationship among various languages and to uphold harmonious co-existence of languages.
