环氧化酶-2在乳腺癌演变过程的表达变化及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌演变过程中的表达变化规律和意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例正常乳腺组织、50例乳腺良性肿瘤、45例非典型增生组织、49例乳腺癌组织中COX-2的表达程度。结果:COX-2在乳腺癌组织、非典型增生组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织的表达与正常组织相比显著升高(P<0.000 1、P<0.001、P<0.01),COX-2在癌组织的表达比良性肿瘤组织高,P<0.05。COX-2在正常组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织、非典型增生组织及癌组织中逐渐增高,并呈现一定的线性增高的表达趋势,r=0.332,P<0.001。COX-2在ER、PR、HER-2阴性组和阳性组的表达差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:COX-2在乳腺癌的演变过程中起重要作用;COX-2可能为乳腺癌的发病风险的预测和乳腺癌的预防与治疗提供一条新的途径。 ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To study the change and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in the evolvement of breast cancer. METHODS: The expressions of COX-2 in normal breast tissue, be- nign breast tissue, atypical hyperplasic tissue and breast cancer tis- sue were detected by the immunohistochemical(IC) staining. RE- SULTS: The expressions of COX-2 in breast cancer tissue, atypical hyperplasic tissue and breast benign tumor tissue were higher than that in normal breast tissue(P〈0. 000 1, P〈0. 001, P〈0.01). The expression of COX-2 in breast cancer tissue was higher than that in breast benign tumor tissue, P〈0.05. The expressions of COX-2 in normal breast tissue, breast benign tumor tissue, atypical hyperplasic tissue and breast cancer tissue showed a gradually higher trend and some linear association, r=0. 332,P%0. 001. The expressions of COX-2 in positive group and negative group of ER,PR, HER-2 did not show statistical differences, P〈0.05. CONCLUSION: COX-2 plays an important role in carcinogenesis and evolvement of breast cancer. COX-2 maybe provides a new way to predict breast cancer risk, prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
