中国汉族男性上前牙牙龈形态的聚类分析研究

Cluster Analysis for gingival morphological characteristics of maxillary anterior tooth segment in Han Chinese

目的:观察中国汉族人上前牙牙龈形态,归纳上前牙牙龈形态特征及类别。方法:对50名健康志愿者进行口内测量及上前牙区模型测量,分析中国人牙龈形态指标数据,以聚类分析方法对上前牙区牙龈形态进行分类。结果:上前牙龈形态可有2种形态分类,Ⅰ型占全部样本的26%(游离龈较薄、角化龈较窄、牙冠较窄),Ⅱ型占74%(游离龈较厚、角化龈较宽、牙冠较宽)。结论:在中国汉族人群中上前牙牙龈形态有2种类型,牙龈形态特征存在种族差异。

Objective To identify the gingival morphological types of maxillary anterior tooth segment in Han Chinese. Methods 50 male periodontally healthy volunteers participated in the study.A survey of the maxillary anterior tooth segment was performed including clinical measurements and analysis of study models. Cluster analysis was employed to identify the gingival morphological types. Results 2 clusters were identified. Cluster I comprised 26% of subjects, displaying thin gingival thickness, narrow width of keratinized gingiva and slender form of upper front teeth.Cluster Ⅱ （74%） had a significantly thicker and wider gingiva, and a more quadratic form of upper front teeth. Conclusion There are 2 gingival morphological types of maxillary anterior tooth segment in Han Chinese. There is racial difference on gingival morphological characteristics.
