摘要
目的:研究新型浸泡消毒剂(IMPRESEPT)浸泡后,对藻酸盐、硅橡胶和聚醚精细印模材料尺寸稳定性的影响,为临床应用提供依据。方法:用60mm×10mm×10mm金属试件制取印模,在IMPRESEPT消毒溶液中分别浸泡10min、20min、30min。用读数显微镜测量浸泡后各时段印模材料的线性长度。结果:除硅橡胶外,藻酸盐及聚醚印模材料在使用IMPRESEPT消毒溶液浸泡前的体积与浸泡后各时段都有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。但在30min浸泡时间内,藻酸盐及聚醚印模材料在使用IMPRESEPT消毒溶液浸泡消毒后不会对活动修复体或固定修复体的精确度造成显著影响。结论:新型消毒溶液(IMPRESEPT)在有效浸泡消毒时间内不会影响印模材料的尺寸稳定性,可试用于临床印模的浸泡消毒。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dimensional accuracy of alginate and silastic and polyether impression materials after immersion in a new disinfectant (IMPRESEPT) and provide evidence for clinical application. Methods All impressions were made by 60 mm ×10 mm ×10 mm metal pieces , then the impressions were separately immersed in disinfectant (IMPRESEPT), the number-display-reading microscope was used to scale the lineal measure of impressions after immersion in 10,20,30min. Results There was no significant difference the linearity change of dimension of silastic impression materials when impressions were immersed in disinfectant(IMPRESEPT)(P〉0.05).The dimension changes of alginate and polyether impression materials were increased(P〈0.05),but will not make significant effects on practice using. Conclusion IMPRESEPT disinfectant will not make significant effects on the dimension stability of different impression materials and could be used in practice.
