摘要
目的:寻求一种快捷的包含不同种类真实螺纹种植体的颌骨骨块三维有限元模型的建立方法。方法:利用Pro/E三维制图软件绘制种植体和颌骨骨块三维模型,利用Pro/E的自适应装配功能建立可自适应改变的种植体骨块三维模型,利用Ansys Workbench有限元分析专用软件与Pro/E的无缝接口功能,进行单元划分,建立三维有限元模型。结果:建立了包含不同种类螺纹种植体的颌骨骨块三维有限元模型。结论:利用Pro/E软件的三维建模和自适应装配功能,建立了可自适应改变的种植体骨块三维有限元模型。与以往建模方法相比,该方法提高了建模的精度和效率,为复杂的种植体骨块建模提供了全新的思路。
Objective To explorer a new and quicker method to construct 3D finite element models of different screwed implant- bone complex. Methods Several models of different dental implants and mandible segment were constructed by Pro/E software.Then implant model and mandible bone segment model were assembled by Pro/E self-adaptation function. And the assembled implant-bone complex was evaluated by Ansys workbench software. Results Three-dimensional finite element models of different self-adaptation screwed implant-bone complex were rebuilt. Conclusion Self-adaptation function of Pro/E software provides us a more accurate, quicker, and more convenient method in dental implant finite element analysis.
