叶面水湿持续时间对烤烟棒孢霉叶斑病的影响

Effects of Dew Period on Leaf Surface on the Leaf Spot Disease of Flue-cured Tobacco Caused by Corynespora Cassiicola

烤烟接种棒孢霉叶斑病菌后保湿12h或每d保湿12h,病情发生都较轻微;保湿24～36h,病情发生较明显至较严重;保湿48～72h,病情发生较严重至严重。预先保湿后再接种,然后再保湿12h,病情加重。笔者认为连续雨天、叶面水湿持续24h以上是病害明显或严重发生的必要条件之一。

When inoculated plants were placed in a moist chamber for 12 hours only or 12 hours every night, the disease occurred slightly. When inoculated plants were placed in a moist chamber for 24-36 hours, the disease occurred obviously, and for 48-72 hours occur severely. We proposed that the continuous raining and 〉 24 hours dew period on surface were two prerequisites for the disease obvious or servere occurance.
