摘要
本文设计的数字化直流调速系统是用直流电动机作为被控对象,由8031单片机作控制器来实现的。特点是用单片机取代模拟触发器、电流调节器、速度调节器及逻辑切换等硬件设备。本设计进行了硬件设计和软件编程、以及计算机仿真。
The digital DC speed control system designed by this paper is composed of DC motor and 8031 single-chip computer, of which the DC motor is used as the controlled object and the 8031 single-chip computer as controller. The system has the characteristic that the hardware devices are replaced by single-chip computer such as the analog trigger, current regulator, rotation regulator, logic handoff, etc. The hardware design, the software program and the computer simulation are completed in the design. As a result, the digital DC speed control system has practical significance if it is applied in production.
